Retention of User Content

Synck.io.vn may, at its sole discretion, permanently delete any User Content and associated information or materials linked to your account if your account remains suspended or cancelled for a period of thirty (30) days or longer.

You acknowledge and agree that Synck.io.vn will not be liable to you or any third party for such suspension or termination. However, if your account is terminated without cause, Synck.io.vn will refund any unused Credit remaining in your account.

Effects of Termination:

Upon termination of these Terms for any reason:

• Any rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease.
• Within sixty (60) days of termination, upon request, Synck.io.vn will provide you with a list of unsubscribe requests received by your account.
• You must continue to process all unsubscribe requests as required by law for any email campaigns sent through the Services.
• You must immediately settle any outstanding amounts owed to Synck.io.vn.

Warranty Disclaimer

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WHEN YOU USE OUR SERVICES, YOU'RE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU AS THEY ARE, WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEES OR PROMISES. WE'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE SERVICES MEET YOUR NEEDS, ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR ARE FREE FROM ERRORS. WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICES WILL BE PERFECT OR THAT ANY PROBLEMS WILL BE FIXED. ADDITIONALLY, WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED BY OTHERS THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, OR ANY HARM TO YOUR DEVICES CAUSED BY VIRUSES OR OTHER MALICIOUS SOFTWARE AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICES.

• ISSUES WITH USING OR ACCESSING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THEM
• ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE SERVICES OR CONTENT.

• Breaking the rules laid out in these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Breaking any laws, like anti-spam or privacy laws.
• Violating anyone else's rights, like their intellectual property or privacy rights, or if you're supposed to keep something confidential.
• You'll do your best to help Synck.io.vn deal with any claims. If needed, Synck.io.vn can take over dealing with the problem, and you'll cover any costs.
